Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

quinoa black bean burger

I gambled and made these Quinoa Black Bean Burgers for the first time with the company. I know, never a good idea to experiment with the company unless you don’t like them. This is a winner!

Making these quinoa black bean burgers are so easy. I had the quinoa in the freezer, leftover from a previous recipe so, that made them even easier to make. I would even guess you probably have these ingredients in your pantry right now. This is not meant to be a burger replacement. If you are wanting to cut back on your meat consumption, this is one of the best meatless burgers I have eaten! I did not miss the meat! They don’t have a meat texture but, the taste is so good.

I use my cast iron skillet to cook the burgers and it gives them a crispy outside. Then I reheated the leftovers in my air fryer.

If you are trying to watch your calorie intake, I highly suggest making these. Add a toasted brioche bun and you are still eating less calories than a beef burger.
